Riseria Cremonesi was born in 1951. Today it is represented by Tommaso Cremonesi, a graduate of Agricultural Sciences, third generation of Rice. At this fair presents the New Line at Casa di Elsa 1935 composed of the Excellence of Italian Rice for Carnaroli Risotto "19", Vialone Nano "Amber" and the aromatic "Olfatto" cultivar suitable for side dishes with fish and meat dishes.
The Prestigious Rice Line of La Scala also in the mapped Semi-worked Rice variants.
