For generations, we have passionately and carefully upheld the ancient tradition of Carasau bread, a symbol of Sardinian culture and craftsmanship. We use only 100% Sardinian wheat, stone-milled in our mill, to create an authentic and genuine product that tells the story of our land and its unique flavor. Each sheet is the result of passed-down knowledge and a deep connection to the territory.
In addition to the classic Carasau, we produce CaraSnack, the modern and flavorful version of Carasau bread. A crunchy snack perfect for aperitifs.
