Our story was born in the 60s, when Domenico Longhi started a small truffle industry in Urbania. Today this small business is carried out by his son Ravaldo and his family. Well known throughout Italy, in Europe and in many countries of America and Asia for the service rendered to its customers. Despite the generational change, the selection of products is still cured and the processing is still carried out by hand following the old family recipes. Our philosophy is to focus on the typicality and quality of the products, which tell the love for our land
