Since 1984 Madeo Food Chain is specialized in the production of typical calabrian salami and Black Pig. Main products: 'Nduja, Spianata, Salsiccia, Soppressata, Capocollo, Pancetta and Prosciutto of Black Pig.
Everything is produced exclusively within the food chain, like the red hot peppers of Calabria and the extra virgin olive oil. Certifications: IFS, BRC, "ItaliaAlleva - Carne 100% Italiana" by A.I.A. (Italian Breeders Association), Good Pig Award by Compassion in World Farming.
