Majani 1796 is the oldest chocolate company in Italy and still today creates its specialties directly following all the production steps, starting from the raw cocoa beans to realize its excellent finished products. The jewel in the crown of the historic Bolognese company is the Cremino Fiat, a velvety four-layer hazelnut and almond cremino created in 1911. In addition, the Sfoglia Nera, the first solid chocolate born in Bologna in 1832 and the Tortellino, the sweet version of the homonymous gastronomic specialty, along with many other delicious products.
