Allemandi is a producer of dry egg pasta and durum wheat semolina pasta, both organic and conventional and the plant is in Piedmont. Production is artisanal and ingredients are super selected. We only use durum wheat that has been grown and milled in Italy and fresh eggs, extruders are all bronze died and drying is made slowly at low temperature, using solar power. In order to support our territory, we have also created a line of short pasta, which is made exclusively with cereals that have been grown in Alta Langa.
