Fior Di Maiella is a dynamic Italian firm that has over 40 years experience in the production of excellent blend of herbs and spices.
Under the brands “Le Specialità Di Maja” and “Espèria” the company has developed ready to cook dishes, such as risottos, polenta and soups premixed with first quality dehydrated ingredients and without dyes, preservatives or glutamate. Flavored salts, herbal tea, pâté, legumes and cereals have expanded the range of products.
In view of improving the quality, in 2012 Fior di Maiella has obtained the IFS and BRC certifications; it is also certified for BIO.
