Marotta Evolution designs and builds automated systems for the dairy industry and is the company that industrialised burrata production: in 2019 it developed the world's first automatic burrata machine. Today, with around 200 systems installed in Italy and abroad and more than ten patents, it offers complete lines from shredding to filling and closing, for sizes from 30 to 500 g, with or without the top knot. Based in Nonantola (Modena), Italy.
