Founded in 1959 from a small slaughterhouse of farming tradition, the Martelli Group is made up of 7 producing units pertaining to 2 different companies (Martelli Fratelli S.p.A. and Martelli Salumi S.p.A.). Combined together, these develop a complete productive cycle: from pig-farming to slaughtering, from the processing and distribution of the pork meats, to the production of Parma Ham, Cooked ham, San Daniele Ham and a full range of pre-sliced deli meats.
