Founded in 1959 from a small slaughterhouse of farming tradition, the Martelli Group is made up of seven producing units . Combined together, these develop a complete productive cycle: from pig-farming to slaughtering, from the processing and distribution of the fresh meats, to the production of Parma hams, cooked hams, San Daniele hams and other pre-sliced deli meats.
