Mazzoleni Formaggi is a historic family-run business that has been aging traditional Lombard cheeses on the shores of Lake Como, in Abbadia Lariana, since 1930.
Here, thanks to the proximity of the lake and the unique microclimate, the aging process gives the cheeses an unmistakable aroma and flavor.

The crown jewel of our production is Taleggio DOP Mazzoleni, whose recipe has been lovingly passed down for five generations.
Today, just as in the past, every stage of production is entirely handcrafted, respecting tradition and the excellence of the raw materials used.
