Luigi Tega is a family-run olive mill in Umbria, active for four generations and based in a 15th-century building acquired in 1946. Since the 1990s, it has focused on high-quality EVOO, emphasizing balance, freshness, precision, and the complexity of local cultivars like Moraiolo. Alongside tradition, the mill explores "enhanced" EVOOs with organic ingredients—citrus, herbs, vegetables—processed naturally. This blend of rigor and experimentation defines its identity. All production is managed in-house.
