Molini Bongiovanni is one of the main flour producers in Northwest Italy. Today, with its two facilities, it is the only active entity within Turin. Twenty years after its foundation, it is a well-established company, young and strongly connected to its territory, traditionally dedicated to the cultivation and processing of wheat. It produces over 300 different types of soft wheat and other cereal flours, specifically designed to meet the needs of both large entities in the Italian food industry and small Italian and foreign artisans.
