In 1875 Valente Pivetti decided to build a steam-powered mill to grind wheat a few kilometres from Cento, between Bologna and Ferrara. Today just like then, the mill is the soul of the entire group, a symbol of its solidity and commitment to treasure and revisit a tradition that constantly evolves and renews itself.
