Molino Colombo is the first mill powered by electricity in Italy in 1882. We produce flours and semi-finished products for pastry, pizzeria and bakery. We have a research and development center with technicians who work based on the needs of our customers. The slow grinding method differentiates us from other milling companies. Grinding slowly means preserving the flavors and aromas of the grains used, guaranteeing the best performance during processing.
