Molino di Ferro S.p.A was founded in 1979 by Luigi Marconato and was later joined by his two sons Paola and Fabio with the aim to produce flour for polenta with high quality selected corn, exclusively of national origin.
Over the years the company has grown considerably and the ancient mill is now a cutting-edge plant where white and yellow flour for polenta is produced. In addition to the mill, new production departments have been created where corn pasta ( Le Veneziane) as well as an organic line of pasta ( Le Asolane bio ) biscuits and breadsticks are produced.
