Company founded in 1934 in Parma, each year produces around 100.000 tons of durum wheat semolina and soft wheat flour for fresh and dried pasta, bread, pizza and baked products.
Molino Grassi offers its products in various lines: Bakery, Pizza, Pasta, Pastry, Organic and Retail and the new lines introduced in 2014: QB, specific for haute cuisine with 7 different references, Gluten Free Line and Grano del Miracolo (an ancient grain from Parma district).
Molino Grassi exports about 30% of total sales.
