Since 1959, Molitoria Umbra has been an industrial mill specializing in durum wheat semolina for the food industry and artisan producers in Italy and abroad. With a milling capacity of 800 tons/day and 2 independent lines, it offers conventional and organic semolina for pasta, bread, pizza and bakery products, as well as ancient grains such as Farro Dicocco, Khorasan and Senatore Cappelli. Through its know-how and collaboration with selected agricultural partners, it develops tailor-made products and long-term supply-chain projects focused on quality, traceability and sustainability.
