Montanari & Gruzza was established in 1950 in a village between the towns of Parma and Reggio Emilia. Still today the firm is managed by founding partners' families.Since from the beginning of its history, company's core business has been the selection of local milk to make butter and Parmigiano Reggiano.Today we create dedicated supply chains with local raw materials,milk and cream,to offer a highly diversified range of Italian butter and Parmigiano Reggiano that includes above all specialities,such as an organic line,as well as Mountain Product, Red Cows and Brown Cows Parmigiano Reggiano.
