Coexhibitor of F.A.B., FILIERA AGRICOLA BIOLOGICA MARCHE

Founded in 2000 by the initiative of a group of local farmers with the objectives of spreading healthy agriculture that respects biodiversity in the Piedmontese Langhe Region and to promote the typical crops of the territory: wheat, corn, "ottofile", beans and hazelnuts. In addition to this the cooperative has developed new production systems that are well suited to the peculiarities of the territory, such as that of spelt and buckwheat taken from the nearby Alpine valleys, and has also created an innovative plant in which puffed cakes are produced from whole grains of cereals.
