Olio Roi is the small business belonging to Franco, Paolo, and Daria Boeri Roi, and producer par excellence of Taggiasca olive oil in Badalucco (in the west of Italian region called Liguria). The Boeri family has produced oil since 1900, but “Roi” brand was create in the 80’s from Franco’s mind, who grew tired of selling a superior product such as extra- virgin Taggiasca olive oil wholesale and decided to name the business as the family’s nickname, creating what was to become years down the road, a small Italian company well known for its high quality.
