The choice of the ITALIAN SORGO is motivated by being naturally GLUTEN FREE but also for its particular taste. Its important nutritional characteristics in terms of mineral salts are not secondary.
Our product is like beer hopped and re-fermented in the bottle.
Not with high alcohol content, it can be served to everyone in every type of business, even on tap.
In Italy we can’t call it “Beer” because of the law define beer a fermented product made with barley and wheat.
