The story of Tossini began with Luigi and Maurizio's grandfather in 1899 in Camogli in a small shop specialized in the artisanal production of bread and focaccia, based on excellence and quality; later they moved to Recco.
The turning point came in 1976 when the two brothers became aware of the ongoing changes in market variables and decided to rethink the company strategy, giving rise to the current reality.
