The history of Tossini began in 1899 in Camogli, in an artisanal bakery specializing in bread and focaccia, and continued in Recco, where it became synonymous with quality and tradition.
In 1976, recognizing new consumer trends, the Tossini brothers chose to project the family business into the future by redesigning its strategy.
Today, product and process know-how, skilled labor, an artisanal philosophy driven by innovation, and an industrial spirit focused on partnerships define Tossini, a company that brings the Ligurian gastronomic tradition to Italy and the world.
