We are Elena and Claudia, in love with our Puglia, trained in the example of our parents who made Parco La Serra an excellence in the organization of events. In recent years we have created Le Filari, with a line of biscuits, jams and EVO oil. Not abandoning the main road, we started the production of leavened products, panettone and colomba, creating a line of high-end pastry, thus combining the craftsmanship of the Italian tradition with the passionate soul of our land, Puglia. We relied on the distribution and logistics of our partner, Talea.
