Driven by a vision to create pure, distinctive ingredients, Pariani launched its business with a hazelnut oil – made from ‘Nocciola Piemonte PGI’ using a pioneering cold-pressing technique – and has since expanded that concept into a wide and versatile range of hazelnut-based products.
