"Company “La Fattoria di Parma Srl” was established in Parma by a family with 80 years’ experience in high quality deli meats and that has always believed in the extraordinary potential of its area of origin. An enterprise that started in the historical family plant in Fontanellato, in the heart of the Parma low lands. The parents Guido Pongolini and Anna Maria Rossi were later joined by their children Paolo and Cristina to speed up the pace for quality and innovation: a project that focuses on the care for details that gives rise to entrepreneurial choices aimed at increasingly advanced goals
