Pasta Jesce born from the indissoluble love of a family for his territory: Puglia. In love of the tastes of the region and loyal to the roots of its city, Altamura, the company begins the production of fresh and dry artisan bronze drawn pasta. All production is made with 100% Italian durum wheat semolina with 14% protein. As per tradition, the drying of dry pasta is done at very low temperatures (max 50 °) for several hours (minimum 18h). The result of this process is an extremely rough and porous pasta, perfect with any seasoning.
