The Pastai Gragnanesi was born in 1980, thanks to the passion and determination of a group of young people motivated by the purpose of restore the ancient art of making Pasta with passion and love following the old rules of their fathers. Also, they wanted to enhance the importance of their town Gragnano, the Capitol of Pasta. Our Pasta, is an high quality pasta thanks to the best durum wheat semolina, 100% Italian ; the dough and the slow drawing, strictly in bronze, the slow and static drying guarantee of TASTE, CONSISTENCY, COMPATIBILITY, COOKING MAINTENANCE.
