The Pastry Lab quickly became a trusted supplier for the Restaurants of Emilia Romagna, delivering them everyday frozen patisserie, cakes, gelato, and sorbet. Pasticceria Quadrifoglio grows up, acquires clients, and starts news collaboration in Italy and abroad.
From 2008, PQ is certificated BRS and IFS to assure high qualities standard.
