From traditional classics that enhance the territory, to the most delicious combinations, with pieces of ingredients in the filling and in the pastry, to the new light recipes that embrace taste and wellness. Many stuffed pasta recipes rich in Italian, PDO and PGI ingredients, wrapped in a delicate pastry, made with 100% Italian eggs from free-range hens, as well as fresh, soft gnocchi, with 100% Italian potatoes and semolina.
