Birrificio Trunasse was born in 2009 from the dream of Paolo and Roberto. Quality, experimentation, and tradition guide every beer we brew, produced in our in-house lab and served at our taproom, a landmark in the Cuneo brewing scene. With over 15 beers, both Classics and Seasonals, we express the character of our brewmaster: balance, structure, and passion. Strong ties to our territory have led to unique projects and collaborations with companies like Idee in Fuga and buffalo whey beers with Caseificio Moris. Since 2025, a new 10 hl brewhouse is launching us into new adventures.
