Founded in 1908, Pastificio Felicetti is a joint-stock company still proudly owned by the founder's family, which has been carrying out its specialised production in the upper Val di Fiemme for four generations. In the early twentieth century, when Valentino Felicetti realised that spring water and high mountain air could give durum wheat pasta a distinctive flavour, the mountains and extreme climates were not ingredients sought after and appreciated by gourmands from all over the world, as they are now.
