Pastificio Graziano is a Campania-based company located in Manocalzati in the province of Avellino.
We produce bronze, silver and platinum drawn dry pasta using 100% Italian durum wheat semolina from Campania and Puglia and water from our Picentini mountains. Currently the raw material used, selected from certified mills, has a protein content of about 14%, which in addition to our traditional drying method (low temperatures for long periods of time 24/48h), allows us to obtain a product that is tough, free of stickiness, rough and porous.
