The history of the business begins in 1950 with the grandfather of Raffaele and Gianfranco Romano, current owners of the pastry shop. The large and elegant premises of Solofra, with their rich, welcoming and skilful confectionery service, immediately become a point of reference for the whole province.
From the 1950s to today, the Gran Caffè Romano has combined research and tradition, enhancing the taste of the ingredients used and creating small masterpieces of taste.
