For over 35 years, we have been breeding a nucleus of Italian Large White pigs in Cavriana (MN), on Garda hills, and taking care of genetics and nutrition. Our supply chain is certified by Kiwa for Antibiotic-Free and Animal Welfare standards. Thanks to these practices we obtain Antibiotic-Free meats that are perfectly suited for producing niche, high-quality traditional cured meats with consistent excellence over time. All our cured meats are made with "High Quality" meat (suitable for PDO production) and are gluten- and lactose-free. They contain no thickeners, polyphosphates or added water.
