Collivasone is synonymous with Offelle di Parona, the iconic biscuit/cake from Parona, PV, in the Lomellina area. Its corporate history (since 1890) is tied to the production of this characteristic biscuit/cake, according to an ancient 19th-century recipe.
It produces traditional Italian biscuits and cakes, that are organic, vegan, sugar-free, whole grain, and made with select ingredients, predominantly Italian and non-GMO. It adopts an eco-friendly and sustainable approach (the entire production process uses clean energy from a new photovoltaic system) and uses FSC-certified cardboard.
