In the heart of Tuscany, an area dense with history and ancient traditions, lies our Pecora Nera group. This area is characterized by a mild climate and the presence of geothermal springs in the subsoil that, thanks to the natural release of water vapor, allow us to power all the production processes of our dairy; respect for the environment is a fundamental issue for us. We call ourselves artisans in that all stages of production are carried out manually by our master cheesemakers: from salting to packaging.
