Founded in 1957 in Roccalbegna,in the heart of the Maremma,the Il Fiorino dairy produces excellent cheeses using only local milk,exclusively artisan processing and carefully selecting every raw material. Angela Fiorini, together with her husband Simone,who now lead the company,continue with passion the family tradition and the cheesemaking art that has been handed down for almost 70 year. In 1964 Il Fiorino won its first prize from that day a story began that has led to winning around 300 awards and recognitions in the most important national e international contest.
