L'Originale Poiatti, a story that since 1946 has seen the growth of a brand that from Mazara del Vallo, in Western Sicily, has conquered the tables of more and more families in Italy and around the world, with over one hundred pasta shapes available in supermarkets. Domenico Poiatti, owner of ancient mills, in a very difficult period for Italy had the intuition to create a pasta factory in Mazara del Vallo, Sicily. It was 1946: today that tradition continues thanks to the sons Giovanni and Maurizio who inherited from their father the passion for pasta.
