The company was founded in 1948 with the production of high quality matured cheeses in the tradition of the art of Lodi cheese-making. In 1997 it launched ‘Bella Lodi’, a traditional cheese with a black rind. The first to certify lactose-free production, in 2012 it relaunched ‘Raspadura Lodigiana’ . With a premium line of products, it is a leader in the sector and promotes local excellence at an international level. In 2024 it brings back into production the real Granone Lodigiano P.A.T., a product of absolute historical and cultural importance.
