The Principato di Lucedio farm has a history spanning almost nine centuries and occupies an area of 500 hectares within a Regional Park, it was the first place in Italy where rice has been cultivated. We cultivate the more appreciated and selected varieties of rice: Carnaroli, Arborio, Vialone Nano, Black Venere, Red Ermes, Roma Bio rice from organic cultivation and Selenio an Italian variety for sushi.
We also have a line of 12 quick risotti mixed with dehydrated vegetables.
Among our specialities you will find: rice pasta, biscuits, cereals, legumes and different kind of flours.
