We are a family business founded in the year 1980 dedicated to the preparation of table olives and pickles. Our origins go back to the year 1896 when our founder Jerónimo de San Nicolás started in the field of olives in the area of the province of Murcia, founding the first brand called Nicolás olives. The company is managed by the brothers Nicolás Córdoba, fourth generation of olive growers.
