It was 1933 and a small dairy in the Po Valley was born to become one of the leading Italian dairy cooperatives. Plac-Fattorie Cremona, with its 76 members, 200 employees and an annual production of more than 180 million liters of milk, is one of the biggest dairy cooperatives in Italy: with 235,000 wheels it is the fourth largest producer of Grana Padano and third largest producer of Provolone.
Parmigiano Reggiano, Mascarpone, Pecorino Romano and hard cheese are also avaialble t ocomplete the range of avaialable cheeses .
