In 1997 a partnership was formed, for the production of the typical “salumi” of Colonnata: Lard, Pancetta and Guanciale and the meantime the firm obtained the licenses CE 9-2497/L and CE 1980/L. The Giannarelli Firm doesen’t use colouring and preserving agents in our products. For this reason the company has managed to gather a large number of customers, both in Italy and the rest of Europe. Our current production is carried out along two lines:
• The classical line, produced only with heavy pig born,breed and saughtered in Italy.
• The line of Maiali Neri OT
