The Borgo Titol farm, a family-run agritourism, is located in the picturesque Friulian Dolomites at Tramonti di Sopra. Pitina IGP Borgo Titol is an award-winning product whose distinction has been recognised at the highest levels of the industry. It is a type of lamb salami, hand-formed into its characteristic shape. The meat is coated with polenta flour before being naturally smoked and finally cured to develop its signature flavour. Pitina can be simply enjoyed sliced, but its taste and texture make it the perfect addition to your favourite dish.
