In 1988 the Del Ben brothers inaugurated their business of maturing and selling cheeses in the farmhouse currently used for the most prestigious processes. From the few dozen wheels aged in Father Modesto's barn, we reach the 30k wheels in the current warehouse. Official seasoner of Montasio DOP since 1993, Del Ben cheeses has been managing a production booth of the same Friulian excellence since 2007. In 2012 the Del Ben family acquired the historic Dairy of Aviano and began the production of a wide range of cheeses using only local milk, thus ensuring the creation of 100% Friulian products.
