Friultrota is a family-run company based in San Daniele del Friuli, producing since 1984 the renowned Regina di San Daniele, a smoked salmon trout recognized as a Traditional Italian Agri-food Product, expressing elegance, delicacy and a strong sense of place. For over 40 years, the company has selected high-quality raw materials and enhanced them through artisanal processes such as dry salting, hand deboning and slow smoking with selected woods. The range also includes ready-to-eat fish specialties, including salmon, cod, sea bream and sea bass, designed for gastronomy and foodservice.
