Piolo e Max are two liqueur producers from Trieste, who in 2002 embarked on an adventure running a small business creating our own liqueurs and spirits. For us there is no magic formula but a true passion and love for our work. Special attention is paid to the quality of the raw materials, all strictly natural and if possible organic. Our little "workshop of spirits" is located in the heart of Trieste and is also a place where you are always welcome to drop by at any time and taste new flavours.
