Prosciuttifici Picaron was born with the main objective of producing high-quality raw hams.
Over the years, Mr. Bassi and his family have invested time and attention in choosing their staff, places, and facilities in order to achieve this long-term vision. Today, the Picaron group operates two plants in the typical area of San Daniele and two other plants in the typical area of Parma.
Our quality standards have been among the highest in the PDO ham production areas over the last few years.
